OCTOBER 14, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman, Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith; Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook, <br />Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director presented the Board with the final <br />Lease between Kittitas County & Fish Community Food Bank for Lot C- <br />30 of the Bowers Field Airport Binding Site Plan Amendment BS-18- <br />00001, as recorded on July 26, 2019, in Volume 13, pages 40-43, <br />County of Kittitas, State of Washington Containing 97,574.4 square <br />feet or 2.24 acres more or less, and reviewed the proposed changes <br />the Board asked for. <br /> <br />LEASE LEASE - FISH PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize Board <br />signature on a Lease between Kittitas County and Fish Community Food <br />Bank from 9/1/2019 – 8/31/2021.
