OCTOBER 22, 2019 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Taylor Crouch, Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director/Interim Engineer; Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Manager; <br />and 7 members of the public. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING PROPOSED AIRPORT BUDGET 2020 COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to discuss the <br />proposed 2020 budget for the Airport. <br /> <br />Mark Cook, Public Works Director/ Interim Engineer, explained to the <br />Board the new proposed budget for the Airport for 2020. The biggest <br />change from the original 2020 budget was the addition of an Airport <br />Manager and a Fiscal Analyst. The Board was able to ask clarifying <br />questions.
