11/25/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. NOVEMBER 25, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused - Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Val Barschaw, <br />County Clerk. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD CLERK <br /> <br />Val Barschaw, County Clerk asked the Board to consider authorizing <br />her to purchase crossing flags for the crosswalk at 6th and Water. <br />She stated it would be approximately $107.48. She stated that she <br />has brought up the concern multiple times to previous Boards and the <br />Risk Manager and nothing has been done. She stated that numerous <br />times people almost get hit and it’s not safe. <br /> <br />The Board approved the request & authorized Ms. Barschaw to obtain <br />the GL Code from Judy Pless to make the purchase.
