12/16/2019 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 16, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith. Excused - Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Taylor Crouch, <br />Deputy Clerk of the Board I; Dan Carlson, CDS Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD CDS <br /> <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director indicated that the application IT was <br />developing for the Capital Improvement Program isn’t working for <br />what’s needed and there have been many setbacks. He proposed <br />compiling a group of Department Heads who have property in the <br />County and manage it that way. He stated that it would allow for the <br />Board to have a more forward thinking plan moving forward and it’s <br />probably our biggest downfall currently in our Comp Plan. <br /> <br />Chairman Wright stated that it was his understanding of the request <br />that the current process be scrapped and set up the group to be <br />ready to meet and do the work in the first have of 2020. <br /> <br />Mr. Carlson stated that was correct. <br /> <br />The Board gave their approval to move forward as presented. <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Chairman <br />
