FEBRUARY 3, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Commissioner Laura Osiadacz Commissioner <br />Cory Wright; Absent: Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Lawrence, <br />Solid Waste Assistant Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Lisa Lawrence, Solid Waste Assistant Director explained that she was <br />here for the Chair’s signature on two documents but since the Chair <br />isn’t here, she would like to request Vice-Chair’s signature and <br />also noted that item 3.) Request Boards approval for Chair’s <br />signature on an Agreement for Conveyance of Easement wouldn’t be <br />able to be addressed today as it wasn’t signed on Friday like it <br />should have been. <br /> <br />APPLICATION CITY OF ELLENSBURG SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to authorize Vice-Chair signature on the <br />Variance Request Permit Application Form with the City of Ellensburg <br />for the New transfer Station Location, as presented. Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz seconded.
