FEBRUARY 25, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice-Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Amy Cziske, <br />Treasurer; Heather Seibert, Finance Officer. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING BOND REFUNDING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting to discuss <br />with the Treasurer’s Office Staff to discuss closing documents for <br />bond refunding. <br /> <br />FINAL DOCUMENTS TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on the Issuance and Sale of a Limited Tax General Obligation <br />Refunding Bond in the Principal Amount of $6,750,000 to Provide <br />Funds to Refund Certain Outstanding Limited Tax General Obligation <br />Bonds of the County. Commissioner Wright seconded.
