MARCH 16, 2020 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kady <br />Porterfield, KVEC Director; Tristen Lamb, PH Administrator; Dr. <br />Larson, Public Official; Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Interim <br />Maint. Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2020-051 COURTHOUSE ADV.COMMITTEE MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Resolution No. 2020-051, <br />Resolution Forming the New Courthouse Advisory Committee. <br />Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REQUEST PLEXIGLASS SCREENS MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Ms. Johnson presented the Board with requests from a few departments <br />that have requested temporary plexiglass screens. She stated that <br />she invited Dr. Larson the County Public Health Official to speak to <br />the necessity of the request as well as the messaging that it sends. <br />Dr. Larson stated that they are not even doing that at the Hospital <br />where they are subjected to sick residents on a daily basis. He <br />reminded the Board of the suggestions they are encouraging citizens <br />to follow to keep health and keep distance.
