KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 18, 2020 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a Public Hearing for March 3, 2020 at <br />2:00 pm to consider Amending the 2020 Annual <br />Construction Program and the Six Year <br />Transportation Improvement Program for Years <br />2020 -2025. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County Department of Public Works <br />prepared an Annual Construction Program for 2020 <br />and a Six Year Transportation Improvement <br />Program for 2020 - 2025 and both programs were <br />adopted under Resolution 2019-152 and Resolution <br />2019-153. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Public Works has additional projects and timeline <br />adjustments to the Annual Construction Program <br />for 2020 and the Six Year Transportation <br />Improvement Program for Years 2020 - 2025. <br />These amendments require a public hearing be <br />conducted. <br />Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Set a Public Hearing for March 3, 2020 at 2:00 pm to <br />consider Amending the 2020 Annual Construction <br />Program and the Six Year Transportation <br />Improvement Program for Years 2020 - 2025. <br />HANDLING: Return one Notice of Public Hearing to Public <br />Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Public Hearing <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark Cook, Director <br />
