BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2020 - D 1 L <br />AUTHORIZING CHAIR SIGNATURE ON THE DIGITAL SUBMITTAL OF LEVY <br />CERTIFICATION TO THE COUNTY ROAD ADMINISTRATION BOARD <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has met and considered its <br />budget for the Calendar Year 2020; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has resolved (Resolution 2019- <br />187) the levying certification for the County Road for municipal purposes of <br />Kittitas County; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Department of Public Works is required (WAC 136-04) to submit <br />an Annual Digital Certification to the County Road Administration Board <br />(Exhibit 1) and; <br />WHEREAS: The County Road Administration Board Digital Submittal Certification requires <br />Board of County Commissioners Chair signature; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after due <br />consideration and in the best interest of the public, does hereby move to approve Chair Signature <br />on the Digital Submittal Certification to the County Road Administration Board. <br />DATED this 21 st day of January 2020, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY,.
