KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: December 3, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for 2020. <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare <br />of Ellensburg for the year 2020 to provide on-site medical care to the inmate population <br />within the Kittitas County Corrections Center. Terms are the same as the 2019 contract. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Family Healthcare of Ellensburg for 2020. <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. Sheriff s Office to provide a <br />fully executed Agreement back to the BOCC upon signature by Family Healthcare. <br />LEAD STAFF: Commander Steve Panattoni <br />
