KITTITAS COUNTY, STATE OF WASHINGTON, in the matter <br />of initiating a county road project designated as: <br />CRP NO: 298-19 JOB NO: RC1913-I1 <br />IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Vantage Highway Overlay MP 21.25 -MP 27.51 <br />Vantage Highway (MP 21.25 -MP 27.51) received damage to the roadbed during windmill farm installation efforts. Public <br />Works has annually repaired rutting and asphalt failure since wind farm operations began several years _ago. Work will <br />include an overlay of hot mix asphalt to provide a structural base for Vantage Highway. A companion project is planned <br />to replace guardrail in the road segment. <br />ARTERIAL l8J <br />ACCESS 0 <br />This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the Director of Public Works serving as the County Engineer is hereby <br />ordered and authorized to report and proceed thereon as by law provided.
