Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA SESSION <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 5, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 15 & <br />16 Plat (LPF-19-00008 and LP-19-00002). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Preliminary Plat was approved on September 17, 2019 <br />through Resolution No. 2019-144. The plat covers approximately 293 acres <br />accessed via Tumble Creek Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the first final plat application on September 4, 2019, <br />requesting final mylar approval for the Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Plat. A second <br />complete submittal package containing updated information was received on <br />October 11, 2019. This Plat creates 105 detached residential lots with access tracts, <br />a lake amenity, open space tracts, and service tracts. The proposed lots range in <br />size from 0.40 acres to 0.79 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with <br />supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary <br />approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, <br />and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Plat (LPF-19-00008 and LP-19-00002). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Ph. 3 Div. 15 & 16 Plat (LPF-19-00008 and LP-19- <br />00002). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chelsea Benner, Community Development Services Planner.
