Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 1, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC signatures to approve the Vantage Bay PUD Final Development Plan <br />(RZ-06-00025 AND LP-06-00026) <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: On September 17, 2019, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />approved the Vantage Bay Planned Unit Development Final Development Plan <br />(RZ-06-00025 and LP-06-00026) with a vote of 3-0, and instructed staff to create <br />enabling documents. The Vantage Bay PUD included a Rezone and Preliminary <br />Plat applications processed and approved concurrently in 2006. This final <br />development plan consists of a total of 144 single family residential lots, and a <br />clubhouse to be developed as phase 1; and a 40 unit hotel, restaurant, winery, and <br />vineyard to be developed as phase 2. The project site is located on the east end of <br />the county, directly south of the Vantage bridge, in Section 20, Township 17 <br />North, Range 23, WM, Kittitas County, WA. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services, BOCC <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: BOCC signature of the Resolution for approval of the Vantage Bay Final <br />Development Plan. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution with two attachments (Site Plan, and Compliance Matrix) submitted <br />as one document. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chelsea Benner, Staff Planner
