KITT ITA S COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, August 20, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and the Ellensburg Rodeo. <br />BACKGROUND: This Agreement is between the Kittitas County Sheriff s Office and <br />the Ellensburg Rodeo to provide for the reimbursement to KCSO of the cost incurred for <br />the services of Reserve Sheriffs Deputies to maintain order, safety and security for all <br />during the course of the events operated by the Rodeo from and including August 28, <br />2019 to and including September 2, 2019. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />this Interlocal Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve an Agreement between Kittitas County <br />and the Ellensburg Rodeo. <br />HANDLING: Please return one original to KCSO, which we will provide to the <br />Ellensburg Rodeo. <br />LEAD STAFF: Undersheriff Clay Myers <br />
