Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />08/06/2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the administrator’s signature on the agreement <br />between Central Washington University and Kittitas County Public Health Department to <br />provide food service inspections and training. (Effective date: July 1, 2018 through June 30, <br />2022) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />This agreement is established to allow the county to provide food service inspections and <br />training at the rate of $190.00 per hour, with a maximum allowable of $30000.00 for the entire <br />three year term. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor: Reviewed and approved document on July 11, 2019. <br />Kittitas County Auditor: Reviewed and approved document on July 25, 2019 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the administrator’s signature on the agreement <br />between Central Washington University and Kittitas County Public Health Department to <br />provide food service inspections and training. (Effective date: July 1, 2019 through June 30, <br />2022) <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />The Clerk of the Board notifies the Kittitas County Auditor’s office of approval and return of <br />signed agreement to public health. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Tristen Lamb <br />
