<br /> <br />Public Notice <br />Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INVITATION TO BID <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY – WEIHL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 2:00 PM on June 20, 2019 <br />and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction of the Weihl Road Improvements Project. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such <br />bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid <br />proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Complete digital project bidding documents, including plans and specifications, are available at <br />http://www.questcdn.com/www.questcdn.com. The project consists of regrading and paving Weihl Road and roadway approaches, constructing <br />guardrail, culverts, permanent signage, design and construction of structural earth walls and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and <br />the Standard Specifications. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Engineer’s estimated range for the project is $807,000-$893,000. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br /> <br /> The specifications for the project may be seen at the office of the Board of Commissioners and online at http://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/notices/.
