<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 21, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve and <br />sign a Resolution Amending the 2019 Professional Services <br />Agreement (PSA) with the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The PSA with Chamber of Commerce (LT-2019-01-PSA-Chamber of <br />Commerce) was approved by the BOCC during the March 5, 2019 <br />Agenda Session. The Chamber of Commerce sent the Lodging Tax <br />Advisory Committee an amended scope of work and budget for the <br />PSA, including language added for the Micro Grant program. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The County Prosecutor’s office was consulted, request #46262, and <br />provided a Resolution amending the PSA. The LTAC met in an open <br />public meeting on May 16, 2019 and discussed the request for an <br />amendment.
