rCOMMERCIAL * INDUSTRIAL <br />Kittitas County <br />Kittitas County Jail, Ellensburg, WA <br />PROPOSALS FOR PHASED CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV) <br />UPGRADES FOR THE KITTITAS COUNTY JAIL <br />Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) is pleased to provide this proposal for labor and materials for <br />the phased upgrades of the CCTV system at the Kittitas County Jail. <br />PHASE 1 ...sees............ Citect Upgrade-'VMDC Upgrade .......................... $28,965.00 <br />Sales tax Not Included. <br />EXISTING CONDITIONS <br />The existing detention security electronics system was installed by Engineered Control System <br />in about 2012. The CCTV camera system was upgraded to a digital system known as Vicon <br />Viconneta Viconnect is being discontinued with the last version available being obsolete in <br />September 2019. <br />PROPOSED PHASED REPLACEMENT <br />Accurate Electric Unlimited (AEU) is a specialty contractor that understands budget constraints <br />and the need for phased planning of any major jail control system. CCTV systems, due to their <br />critical operational need in jails, require planning for compatibility and deployment as not to <br />bring the system down except for a minimal amount of time. <br />AEU proposed three phases for the upgrade of the CCTV system; <br />Phase 1- Replacement of the Citect control stations including specialty software. Provide <br />two (2) new monitors. Replace two existing Virtual Matrix Display Computers (VMDC). <br />The two current touch screen stations hardware is old and failing. AEU proposes to <br />replace the computers with HP540 computers, Windows 10, 8 GB RAM, with a solid <br />state hard drive. The Citect program is not compatible with Windows 10, AEU proposes <br />KITTITAS COUNTY —JAIL PHASED UPGRADES <br />
