KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: April 16, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution to Amend Resolution <br />2018-223 to Include Adobe Road in the Designation and <br />Classification of "Primitive Roads" within the Lannigan <br />Springs Subdivision <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners took action <br />designating all roadways serving the Lannigan Springs <br />Subdivision as being Primitive under Resolution 2018-223. <br />Staff recently discovered that Adobe Road was included on <br />the site map attached but not included in the text of the <br />Resolution. We are requesting to amend the previous <br />Resolution to include Adobe Road. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution to Amend Resolution 2018-223 to <br />Include Adobe Road in the Designation and Classification <br />of "Primitive Roads" within the Lannigan Springs <br />Subdivision <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
