<br />Amendment to Grant Award <br />Page 1 <br /> <br /> AMENDMENT TO HOMELESS HOUSING PROGRAM GRANT AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />This Amendment Agreement effective as of January 1, 2019, is made by and between <br />Kittitas County (hereinafter “the County”) and HopeSource, a Washington nonprofit <br />corporation ("Recipient"); for the Senior Support and Advocacy Program (SSAP). The <br />County and Recipients agree as follows: <br /> <br />That the Homeless Housing Program Grant Agreement (Grant Award HH-2018-003) <br />(“Agreement”) previously entered between the parties for the period ending December <br />31, 2019 is amended pursuant to Section 10.8 of that Agreement. The purpose of this <br />Amendment is to allow for the recommended funding of $130,234.00 (one hundred- <br />thirty thousand, two hundred, thirty-four dollars) to be utilized for that Grant for the <br />below described period. <br /> <br />All terms, conditions, attachments, documents and exhibits as described in the original <br />Grant are incorporated herein by this reference as fully as if set forth herein. <br /> <br />The term of this Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2019, and continue until <br />December 31, 2019. Any party may terminate this Agreement by giving thirty (30) days <br />notice in writing either personally delivered or mailed postage-prepaid by certified mail, <br />return receipt requested, to the party's last known address for the purposes of giving notice <br />under this paragraph. <br /> <br />This contract is entered into under the Authority of Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners Resolution # 2019-____. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
