KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 5, 2019 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Chair's <br />Signature on Jacobs Engineering Amendment No. 1 to <br />Task Order No. 1 — General Environmental and Planning <br />Assistance <br />BACKGROUND: Jacobs Engineering is one of Public Works (PW) <br />engineering consultants selected in early 2017 pursuant to <br />County procurement process for professional engineering <br />services. Task Order No. 1 is nearing the $50,000 limit <br />established for authorization by the Public Works Director. <br />PW desires having Jacobs Environmental evaluate the <br />2019-2023 six year plan for probable permitting impacts. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution authorizing the Chair's signature <br />on Jacobs Engineering Amendment No. 1 to Task Order <br />No. I — "General Environmental and Planning Assistance" <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Task Order Amendment. <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
