Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 15, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County. (Effective date: January 1, 2019- August 31, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The professional Services Agreement between Elmview and Kittitas County is established to <br />provide a coordinated and comprehensive local program of services for persons with <br />developmental disabilities and to fulfill the county’s responsibilities as outlined. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and signs the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Elmview and Kittitas County.
