Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 15, 2019 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington. (Effective dates: <br />October 1, 2018-September 30, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is in place between Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of <br />Central Washington (CHCW) The agreement allows CHCW to provide services for those <br />eligible in the Children with Special Health Care Needs program which is a part of the Maternal <br />Child Health Block Grant. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 4, 2019 <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved January 10, 2018 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County Public Health and Community Health of Central Washington.
