BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.: 2018-IQ_ <br />IN THE MATTER OF ADOPTING UPDATED WAGE RANGES FOR NON-UNION EMPLOYEES <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />Kittitas County has established Personnel Policy (5-1} Wage Administration <br />which addresses the process by which wage ranges for regular non-Union <br />employees are evaluated and adjusted; and <br />A market-based wage survey was implemented in 2017 by the Board of County <br />Commissioners; and <br />During years when a market-based wage study is not conducted, wage ranges <br />for regular non-Union positions may be adjusted by CPI; and <br />The Board of County Commissioners see value in maintaining market equity <br />with respect to wages and would like to amend all regular non -Union wage <br />ranges by CPI (2.7%) as allowed by policy, effective 1/1/2019; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: that all regular full and part-time non-Union wage ranges <br />shall be increased by 2. 7% effective January 1, 2019. <br />ADOPTED this 18th day of December, 2018. <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />ITT C Y, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Obie O'Brien, V ee -Chairman <br />~~ <br />Co ry W rig ht , Comm issioner
