Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682 <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 20, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm for the Board of County <br />Commissioners to consider the Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat (LP-18-00003). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Theo Leonard, authorized agent for Talisman Townhomes LLC, landowner, submitted an <br />application for a 24 residential lot plat with an access tract and three community open space <br />tracts on approximately 1.27 acres of land that is zoned Master Planned Resort. <br /> <br /> The subject property is located off of Big Hill DR. in a portion of Section 19, T20N, R15E, <br />WM, in Kittitas County, Assessor’s map number 20-15-19057-0005, Parcel #956001. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Community Development Staff requests that the Board of County <br />Commissioners set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioner’s <br />Auditorium to hear public testimony and consider the Talisman Townhomes Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS Staff and BOCC <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing for December 18, 2018 at 2:00 pm in the <br />Commissioner’s Auditorium for BOCC consideration of the Talisman Townhomes <br />Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Ad text and web text <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Johnston, Planner <br />
