Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />October 2, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Department of Ecology Amendment 1. (Effective Dates: June 30, 2018-December 31, 2027) <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The purpose of the Interagency Agreement is to define roles and responsibilities of Ecology and Kittitas County Public Health for the implementation of a metering pilot project to include <br />meter procurement and installation and administration and outreach. <br />The amendment adds parcels to the agreement that require a groundwater permit and other text as outlined in the scope of work section. <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 16, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved July 18, 2018. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator on the Department of Ecology Amendment 1.
