** TERMINATION OF LEASE** <br />hi , emrinati n of Lea is ma Je a:11d dated this J 81h day of J!,!r[t 1 , 2018, by and <br />between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the Lessor, <br />and TERESA ANN SLOAN AND JAMES M. FOODE , hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into an Assignment of Lease on January 5, 2010, copies <br />of which are attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That Lessee has requested to the county to terminate the Assignment of Lease entered <br />into on January 5, 2010 , and be terminated as of October 1, 2018. <br />That Lessee is requesting termination due to the sale of said private aircraft hangar <br />located on Lot H-40 of the Kittitas County Amended Binding Site Plan to Blue Yonder Aviation, <br />LLC . <br />THEREFORE, both Lessee and Lessor hereby terminate the attached Assignment of <br />Lease of January 5, 2010, as of October 1, 2018 , and Lessee terminates all interest in the <br />property, which is the subject matter of said lease. <br />LESSEE KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />~all' <br />Obie O'Brien, Vice Chair <br />~I ,.,;, ; :g ,t, om m IS 10ner <br />DATE SIGNED : OJ /I 8 / I 8 ____ __,__ ____ _
