BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2018-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT THE KITTITAS COUNTY WATER METERING AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, through the Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD), is <br />charged with the preservation, promotion, and improvement of health in the county; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Kittitas County Code 13.40.030 and the KCPHD Water Bank Mitigation and <br />Metering Program Policy & Procedures, water meters will be provided to property owners <br />in the circumstances they describe; and <br />WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County and anyone required to install a water meter to have <br />a detailed agreement establishing the terms and conditions surrounding the use and <br />requirements for water meters which have been incorporated into the Water Metering <br />Agreement that is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas County, <br />Washington, hereby adopts the Kittitas County Water Metering Agreement that is attached <br />hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2018, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br />☐ Clerk of the Board <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board
