Local Government Responsibilities <br />The Local Government is responsible for administration of the CDBG contract, and ensuring <br />DB fun ds are use d in ace rdance w i th all p rogram re quir m e nts [(24 CFR 570.50l(b)] and its <br />DBG contract w ith O '1MERCE referenced above.
