Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br />Agenda Staff Report <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />7/17/2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to approve Aspect Consulting Contract & Revised Contract for Consumptive Use Pilot Program <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Kittitas County and Patrick Deneen are partnering on a pilot study to quantitatively determine the percent of <br />consumptive use associated with indoor-only domestic use. Kittitas County and Patrick Deneen enlisted <br />Aspect Consulting to provide oversight during design, implementation and reporting of the study results. <br />This contract is for their services and the cost will be shared equally between the County and Mr. Deneen. <br />The original contract amount has been amended due to issues that have arisen due to initial technical <br />meetings with Ecology. <br />INTERACTION: <br />NA <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Approve Aspect Consulting Contract & Revised Contract for Consumptive Use Pilot Program. <br />HANDLING: <br />NA <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Erin Moore
