KITT ITA S COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: Tuesday, July 3, 2018 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Amend Resolution 2018-007 to Change Law & <br />Justice Grant 18-2 Cle Elum Police Department Award from one MDC to Purchasing <br />four MDC's. <br />BACKGROUND: The Cle Elum Police Department was originally awarded $1,672.38 <br />by the Council to purchase one mobile data computer, but was able to find another <br />vendor and a different style of ruggedized laptop and were able to purchase four much <br />needed MDC's for nearly the same amount and the Cle Elum Police Department was able <br />to pay the difference of $52.30 from other funds. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />this amendment. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Amend Resolution 2018-007 to Change Law & <br />Justice Grant 18-2 Cle Elum Police Department Award from one MDC to Purchasing <br />four MDC's. <br />HANDLING: Please return one signed copy to the Sheriff s Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
