KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />July 3, 2018 <br />Request to Establish County Road Project No. 294-18, Job <br />No. RC1593-HI <br />BACKGROUND: Cooke Canyon Road is currently paved from MP 0.00 to <br />MP 3.86. The final portion of the road from MP 3.86 to <br />MP 4.61 is currently gravel. <br />As part of planned projects for 2018 and concurrent with <br />our 2018 chip seal program it was determined that <br />upgrading Cooke Canyon Road from MP 3.86 to MP 4.61 <br />would be beneficial to the county road system. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Establish CRP No. 294-18; Job Number RCI 593 -HI <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Exhibit 1: Resolution establishing CRP No. 294-18 <br />LEAD STAFF: Mark R.
