TlllRD ANNUAL RENEWAL OF
<br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
<br />This Third Annual Renewal of Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is made by and between Kittitas County
<br />("County") and Government Payment Service, Inc. ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by
<br />and between the County and Contractor, effective February 3, 2015 ("Agreement").
<br />FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows:
<br />1. Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, through April 1, 2019.
<br />2. Electronic Signature Permitted. This Renewal may be executed in separate counterparts, each of which
<br />when so executed and delivered shall be an original, and all of which together shall constitute one
<br />instrwnent. Delivery of an electronically imaged signature of this Renewal by electronically imaged or
<br />facsimile transmission will be effective as delivery ofa manually executed original for all purposes.
