BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2017-I g~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />WITH GRANT COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County's Health Department and Grant County have worked cooperatively <br />on health-related issues; and <br />WHEREAS, as part of an on-going project, a third amendment to the Interlocal Agreement, first <br />entered into in 2015, would be desirable; and <br />WHEREAS, counties are authorized to enter into interlocal agreements under the Ch 39.34 <br />RCW, the Interlocal Cooperation Act, and a draft of the proposed agreement is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Now, Therefore, Be it Resolved: <br />The BOCC Chairman is authorized to execute the attached interlocal agreement with the <br />Grant County. <br />DATED this 5M .2017, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Pa: 1-: ewell Cha ir <br />1S'oQ ice-Cbai l <br />ABSENT <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner
