BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />iel~ RESOLUTION NO.· -o,-i <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County, pursuant to a 1933 deed, has some ability to regulate Reed Park; <br />and <br />WHRRRAS, Reed Park is owned hy the City ofEllenshurg; and <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg wish to formalize the arrangements <br />regarding Reed Park by executing an interlocal agreement substantially as <br />attached hereto; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners authorizes execution of the interlocal agreement setting forth the <br />arrangements between Kittitas County and the City of Ellensburg regarding Reed <br />Park. <br />F COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />TV, WASHINGTON <br />4 /1 8 /}7 <br />Lau a Osiacz Vi ce-Chai~an <br />~---- <br />Obie O'Brien, Commissioner <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
