BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. d1J I b --/ / tf <br />TO DECLARE EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REVOLVING FUND EQUIPMENT <br />NO. 331 -2002 JOHN DEERE 410G BACKHOE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZE <br />SALE TO THE SOLID WASTE FUND <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund has one used 2002 <br />John Deere 410G Backhoe, Serial Number T0410GX907339, which is <br />surplus to our needs; and <br />WHEREAS: The Solid Waste fund is in need of one used backhoe. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in <br />the best interest of the public, does hereby declare Equipment Rental and Revolving Fund <br />Equipment No. 331 -2002 John Deere Backhoe, Serial Number T041OGX907339, <br />surplus and authorize the Director of Public Works to sell said equipment to the Solid <br />Waste Fund in the amount of Twenty Six Thousand Three Hundred Dollars ($26,300.00). <br />DATED on this 6th day of September, 2016, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />,.)2Ii5l erk of the Board-Julie Kjorsvik
