KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 5, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve a Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and American Rivers. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners has agreed to assist in <br />funding for a short period of time for work related to the <br />Yakima Basin Integrated Plan. This Contract is with <br />American Rivers to assist in that funding. <br /> <br /> Noting that this is a performance-based contract, in which <br />payment to the contractor is based on the successful <br />completion of expected deliverables. Total compensation <br />for this contract shall not exceed $10,000.00.
