Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the Trailhead Plat (LPF- <br />18-00001 & LP-07-00005) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Highway 9 Preliminary Plat was approved on June 20, 2017 through <br />Resolution No. 2017-103 (LP-17-00005). This proposal was for 14 duplex <br />townhomes in 7 buildings on approximately 1.36 acres. The subject property is <br />zoned Master Planned Resort and is located within Suncadia on Suncadia Trail, Cle <br />Elum, WA in a portion of Section 19, T20N, R15E, WM, in Kittitas County. <br />Assessor’s Map Number: 20-15-19055-0003. <br /> <br /> A final plat application was submitted on April 20, 2018, requesting final mylar <br />approval for the Trailhead Plat, previously known as Highway 9. This plat <br />encompasses parcel number 954846 and creates 14 lots (7 duplex townhomes) on <br />approximately 1.36 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting <br />documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval <br />documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in conformance <br />with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day timeframe outlined in <br />RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and <br />all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Trailhead Plat <br />(LPF-18-00001 and LP-07-00005). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for the Trailhead Plat (LPF-18-00001 and LP-07-00005). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Lindsey Ozbolt, Community Development Services Planning Official
