Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br />Fax (509) 962-7682“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: May 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of final mylar granting final approval for the Evergreen Ridge <br />Parcel B Division 2 Plat (LPF-18-00002 and RZ-01-00010) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Evergreen Ridge Planned Unit Development and Preliminary Plat was <br />approved on October 2, 2001 through Ordinace No. 2001-17 and then amended on <br />May 16, 2006 through Ordinance No. 2006-26 (RZ-01-00001 & RZ-05-00033). <br />The overall PUD covers approximately 90.13 acres off of SR903 at approximately <br />milepost 8 in Ronald WA. The final development plan was approved on June 7, <br />2016 through Resolution No. 2016-072. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted a final plat application on April 24, 2018, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Evergreen Ridge Parcel B Division 2 Plat. This plat <br />encompasses parcel numbers 960542, 960543, & 960544 to create 11 lots totaling <br />approximately 15.64 acres. Staff has reviewed the final mylar with supporting <br />documentation and finds that it is consistent with the preliminary approval <br />documents. Additionally, final plat review has been processed in conformance <br />with Kittitas County Code Title 16 and within the 30 day timeframe outlined in <br />RCW 58.17.140. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing departments, and <br />all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, <br />Public Health, and Assessor’s Office <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Evergreen Ridge <br />Parcel B Division 2 Plat (LPF-18-00002 and RZ-01-00010). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Evergreen Ridge Parcel B Division 2 Plat (LPF-18-00002 and RZ- <br />01-00010). <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Lindsey Ozbolt, Community Development Services Planning Official
