Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />May 15, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize execution of <br />Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Kittitas County <br />Hospital District #2 for Community Health Outreach Services. (Effective Dates: May 8, 2018- <br />May 8, 2019) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Kittitas <br />County Hospital District #2 to authorize KCPHD to park a mobile unit on property owned by <br />Medic One and to operate community health outreach services to residents in Upper County out <br />of the mobile unit on a weekly basis and establishes statements of work for both parties. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on April 25, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on April 30, 2018 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Resolution to authorize execution of <br />Interlocal Agreement between Kittitas County Public Health Department and Kittitas County <br />Hospital District #2 for Community Health Outreach Services.
