(Effective Dates: <br />Upon Signature and End Date: Upon termination by either party) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement will allow the health department to bill for vaccine and administration provided <br />to First Choice members according to terms and conditions set forth in the agreement. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved on April 25, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved on April 30, 2018 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Administrator <br />on the agreement between First Choice and Kittitas County Public Health.
