KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 6, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) to approve and <br />sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of <br />Commerce for Tourism Services for 2018. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: During the regularly scheduled meeting of the Lodging Tax Advisory <br />Committee (LTAC) on January 11, 2018, the proposed Contract with <br />the Chamber of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2018 was <br />discussed. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The LTAC voted unanimously to forward a recommendation of <br />allocating $206,960.00 for the proposed Professional Services <br />Agreement with the Chamber of Commerce. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and sign the Professional Services Agreement with Chamber <br />of Commerce for Tourism Services for 2018 in the amount of <br />$206,960.00. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – LTAC <br /> Copy-Auditor <br /> Copy- Applicant <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Professional Services Agreement with Chamber of Commerce <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Debbie Myers, LTAC Clerk for Paul Jewell, LTAC Chairman <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
