The attached resolution provides the document to enable and finalize this <br />decision. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Proposed resolution upholding the appeal of the CDS Director’s determination and <br />remanding the plat to CDS for processing. <br /> <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION: CDS Director recommends the Board of County Commissioners sign the resolution. <br /> <br />HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBLE STAFF: Dan Carlson, AICP, Community Development Services Director <br />
