Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />April 3, 2018 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department on the MOU between Ellensburg School District and <br />Network Partners. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The MOU between the Ellensburg School District 401 (ESD401) and Network Partners is <br />established in the event that ESD 401 is awarded and “Enhancement and Expansion of Treatment <br />and Recovery Service for Adolescents, Transitional Aged Youth, and their Families” grant by <br />the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. The Network Providers agree <br />to: <br /> Coordinate with ESD 401 Youth Service/Recovery Support Coordinator and Family <br />Coordinator to provide criminal justice, education, employment, family support, housing, <br />mental health, primary care, recovery support, and/or other services to adolescents, <br />transitional aged youth, and their families with substance use disorders and/or co- <br />occurring substance use and mental health disorders <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 26, 2018. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on March 27, 2018. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the signature of the Administrator of the <br />Kittitas County Public Health Department on the MOU between Ellensburg School District and <br />Network Partners. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br />N/A <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br />Robin Read <br />
