(Effective Dates: Upon Signature through June 30, 2016) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Elmview to amend the increase dollar <br />amount by $23,356.00 for a new total contract amount of $574,676.00. The agreement outlines the county's <br />responsibilities as outlined in the original contract. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 4, 2016 <br />Kittitas County Auditor's Office: Reviewed and approved on May 16, 2016 <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves the Professional Services Agreement Amendment between <br />Kittitas County and Elmview.
