KITTITAS COUNTY <br />TREASURER’S OFFICE <br /> <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING: September 6, 2016 <br /> <br />RE: Public Hearing to consider Applications for Resale of Tax Title <br />Properties <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office has received <br />completed applications for the resale of tax title properties. <br />One application for parcel #361334 that was been <br />withdrawn by the applicant. One and application for parcel <br />#710934 and one application for parcels #741334 and <br />#751334. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Treasurer met with the Board of County <br />Commissioners on August 6th, 2016 and a Public Hearing <br />was set for September 6th, 2016. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: The Treasurer has directed his staff to prepare Excise <br />documents and Deeds in preparation for filing should the <br />sale of these properties go through. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Brett Wachsmith, Kittitas County Treasurer <br /> <br />
