Ecology <br />proposed the addition of the following language to Section 5.2(B): <br /> <br />The following regulations apply to all uses and developments in shorelines unless stated otherwise. <br /> <br />The County proposes the following language be added to Section 5.2(B) as an alternative to Ecology’s <br />recommended change. The County’s proposal is thought to be more consistent with a similar description in <br />Section 5.2(C): <br /> <br />The following provisions apply to any use or development occurring in shoreline jurisdiction whether or <br />not a permit or other authorization is required from Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Upon Ecology’s final approval Kittitas County will send digital copies of the Shoreline Master Program with <br />these changes incorporated to your representatives from the Shorelands and Environmental Assistance <br />Program; Tim Gates, Lennard Jordan, Gary Graff, and Zach Meyer. <br /> <br />We look forward to implementing our new Shoreline Master Program.
