Kittitas County <br />Public Health Office <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />2/2/2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas <br />County for the Purchase of Water Meter Reading Equipment and Software. (Effective dates: February 2, <br />2016 with end date upon 30 days written notice) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas County is entered into by both parties and clarifies the <br />scope of work and payment terms for General Pacific. General Pacific shall furnish all labor, materials, <br />supplies, equipment, tools, transportation and all other items of expenses in accordance with the terms and <br />conditions of this agreement. Further clarification of work and payment terms are documented in the <br />agreement and attachments provided. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Board of Health: N/A <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 20, 2016. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on January 22, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners’ authorizes the Agreement between General Pacific and Kittitas <br />County for the Purchase of Water Meter Reading Equipment and Software.
