<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: February 2, 2016 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Consent: approval of enabling documents to amend noise control <br />ordinance <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: A public hearing was held at 2:00 p.m. January 19, 2016 on the <br />proposed noise ordinance. The BOCC heard presentation from <br />Deputy Prosecutor Neil Caulkins. No public testimony was received. <br />The BOCC deliberated and suggested one revision revision-the time <br />of day limitation upon construction noise.
