The property is located in a portion of <br />Section 32, TI 8N RI 9E, WM in Kittitas County. Map number: 18-19-32010- <br />0003. <br />The Hearing Examiner conducted an open record hearing August 27, 2009 <br />to consider this matter where testimony was heard.
